Cecilian Vespers is a wonderfully crafted mystery, the fourth novel in the Monty Collins series.
Set in Halifax and Europe in 1991, the story delves into the history of the Catholic Church, more specifically the reforms of Vatican II. A wide cast of finely drawn suspects, combined with a multitude of motives, creates a real challenge for Monty, and the reader, to solve this unique case.
